The opportunity
and the challenge.

KEMBALO explored customizable wire-fur art as a creative product venture. The project combined consumer insight, product thinking and the practical fundamentals of running a small business.

The entrepreneurship program called for a proposal that could explain a real target market, coherent business model and executable plan, rather than only a promising product concept.

What I helped

The proposal passed faculty selection and the project received recognition worth 20 academic credits in the MBKM entrepreneurship program. No unverified revenue or unit-sales figures are claimed.

A takeaway
worth keeping.

A compelling product still needs a well-defined customer, a viable model and an honest learning loop.
